1. Strategic HR Leadership:
· Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the overall business strategy.
· Provide guidance on HR best practices, industry trends, and emerging issues.
- Talent Acquisition:
· Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
· Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry networks for talent pipeline development.
- Employee Relations and Engagements:

- Performance Management:
