Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development / Lead Generation Trainee. The Business Development Trainee will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include lead generation, communicating with potential clients, negotiating deals, and maintaining records of business development activities.

Requirements:

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • 0-1 year of Experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Salary & Benefits:

Starting salary: PKR 40,000 (during probation period)

Salary after probation: 50,000

Fuel allowance of PKR 5,000
