Overview

We're looking for a proactive
Business Development Associate
to help us expand our pipeline through research, outreach, and smart bidding strategies. This is a
growth-oriented role
for someone eager to learn the ropes of client acquisition and sharpen their commercial instincts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential leads through research, platforms, and professional networks.
  • Draft and submit high-quality bids/proposals on freelance and business platforms.
  • Support the team in preparing client decks, quotations, and tailored responses.
  • Collaborate with interns to ensure prospect data, outreach logs, and CRM records are accurate.
  • Track and report progress on leads, bids, and conversion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Literature, Humanities, or related fields.
  • Minimum 0–6 months of experience in business development, sales support, or bidding (internship or full-time).
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Resourceful and commercially aware — able to think on your feet and spot opportunities.
