Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible Asset Control Officer to manage and monitor all company assets. This role includes overseeing equipment, electronics, office supplies, and furniture, as well as coordinating purchases, printing, and other administrative support tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure that all assets are maintained in good condition and that the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain company assets such as laptops, electronic gadgets, glassware, cups, and other office equipment.
  • Track the health and usage of all assets and report any issues.
  • Handle new purchasing requests and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Manage printing, stationery, and office supply needs.
  • Keep records of asset allocation and usage.
  • Ensure all office equipment is functional and properly maintained.
  • Assist in small administrative tasks and support staff when needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in office management, asset control, or administration is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Responsible and proactive in identifying and solving issues.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work on-site at Al Kabir Town.
