Job Description:

We are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Controller to support our Human Resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and secure documentation for employee records, HR policies and internal processes within our automotive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize all HR-related documentation including employee files, contracts and onboarding records.
  • Ensure version control and confidentiality of sensitive documents.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining document control procedures across departments.
  • Support HR audits and compliance by ensuring timely document availability.
  • Coordinate with HR, Admin and other departments for document-related needs.
  • Digitize and archive physical documents for easy retrieval.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in document control or HR / Admin support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and document management systems.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs65,000.00 per month
