We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Product Owner
to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between stakeholders, customers, and the development team. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring that the final product delivers maximum value to the business and its users.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions.

Backlog Management

  • Create, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog aligned with business objectives.
  • Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
  • Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and understood by all stakeholders.

Agile Collaboration

  • Act as the main point of contact for the development team regarding product requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives).
  • Clarify requirements, answer questions, and provide feedback to ensure smooth development progress.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with business leaders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Align product priorities with business needs and customer expectations.

Quality & Delivery

  • Validate delivered features to ensure they meet business and user needs.
  • Define and track product success metrics (KPIs).
  • Ensure timely delivery of product increments with high quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a
    Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager
    (4–5 years).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as
    Jira or Azure DevOps
    .
