Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for end to end contracts management of NOMC. The person should possess strong negotiations & reporting skills. Person will work closely with internal functions of NOMC & also the Procurement teams for the successful execution of the contracts till signing phase.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end contracts and BPA approval within SLA.
  • Maintaining dashboard of contracts for NOMC management's review & follow up.
  • Initiating the process of contract renewal at-least 120 days before the expiry and follow up for its renewal before expiry.
  • Technically evaluating the projects, their RFP documents, technical evaluation criteria and case presentation.
  • Liaison with relevant teams for allocation of budget (CAPEX or OPEX) for the project.
  • Liaison with budget management teams for initiation of PR/PO in ERP.
  • Liaison with internal teams of NOMC & relevant teams of procurement dept. for successful execution of contracts.
  • Carrying out technical evaluations of the vendors related to the technical projects.
  • Maintaining record of projects, their POs, budget allocated and agreements executed.
  • Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives.
  • Reporting & analysis related to contracts management.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor of Science/Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Telecom/Computer Science) from a reputable Engineering institute is required

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in the related field

Skills – Generic:

  • Experience of understanding user requirements and taking appropriate documentation/specifications from the user team accordingly.
  • Strong organization & project management skills.
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders.
  • Problem solving and Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills and desire to help others

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Must be highly proficient in operating MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentation.
  • Technical understanding of Network Operations.
