Job Purpose:

  • This role primarily involves looking after budgeting, forecasting, monitoring CMCC KPIs, analysis and reporting tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner across the organization and working closely with various business point of contacts in developing budget plans, budgets and forecasts of assigned departments.
  • Preparation of Annual and Quarterly OPEX budget plans including annual CMCC business business plan aligning with strategic direction of the company and prevailing macro-economic situation.
  • Completion of tasks relevant for reporting to CMCC and internal stakeholders for financial performance.
  • Coordinate and execute qualitative and quantitative strategic, decision support cost analysis for supporting informed decision making by the management.
  • Provide financial modeling and financial analysis for a variety of special projects.
  • Identify and implement changes that improve cost efficiency and effectiveness of operational decision making
  • Assisting in preparation of Monthly Operations and Analysis Meeting (MOAM) presentation from Finance side.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned as per requirement.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in Accounting & Finance.
  • CA-finalist, ACCA, ICMA, ICAEW or CIMA will be preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task under constrained time lines.
  • Self-motivated, and constant mindfulness towards finding ways to improve processes.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior team members and other teams.

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Reasonable understanding of the telecommunication industry and the opportunities and challenges in the local market.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Specific experience in financial modeling and analysis is preferable.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suit
  • Understanding of and experience with ERP is a plus.
