We are seeking a Finance Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing financial operations, budgeting, and business reporting.

Position Overview:

The Finance Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial management, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting strategic business decisions through financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and record daily financial transactions, invoices, and receipts.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor company expenses and suggest improvements for cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks as required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and digital records of financial data.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or ACCA/CA Inter certification will be a plus).
  • 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of financial modeling and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in managing international transactions or client invoicing.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools or fintech solutions.
  • Basic understanding of project-based costing in tech or software companies.
