Mint is a movement to make recycling part of our lifestyle. We are social impact tech startup that encourages recycling through rewards.

How MINT Rewards works? Once people sign up through MINT website, they collect plastic waste, which is then collected by Mint from their preferred location on a pre-communicated date. In return they receive rewards, such as discounts and vouchers on different outlets and brands.

Mint also aims to work on a foundation supporting children who collect waste from the streets by providing them education and life skills that will allow them to be a productive member of the society, all the while improving their lifestyles.

Content Creator/Graphic Designer

  • Content creating, designing and posting across all social media channels
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Proficient in social media ads (Meta ads) _ MUST
  • Create unique and engaging social media content, following market trends
  • Create Short Clips to promote the idea and engage more audience (Reels, TikTok etc)
  • Curate relevant content presentation to reach the company's ideal customers both B2B and B2C
  • Write articles, blogs, Podcasts and other publication
  • Content for Website and Apps as and when required
  • Explore and identify ways to integrate social media into business strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
  • Design weekly social media posts plan
  • Coordinate with the other team members to create, publish and share engaging content

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency using Canva or other similar tools
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proficiency in animation software, such as Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to create and edit high-quality graphics and animations.

We are small but growing team, we work together like a friends, therefore the role suit someone who is friendly and true team player.

You will be working closely with Founders, This is an exciting opportunity for those who are curious about working with multiple departments, and helping launch a start-up focused on the environment and sustainability.

Initially this role is for 1 month paid internship, we can look into contract role in the team for the right candidate.

Stipend: 10K
