About the Role

CreativCrux is urgently hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house team in Karachi. We're looking for someone with a strong digital marketing background who can manage client social media marketing, strategy, planning, and execution end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads).
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Track KPIs, analyze campaign results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers for campaign execution.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to digital strategy planning.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid ads, SEO basics, and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
