Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The role involves managing social media, SEO, paid ads, analytics, and content coordination to boost online visibility, engagement, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Design data-driven campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Manage daily social media operations, content calendars, postings, and community engagement.
  • Grow audience organically and through paid strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor performance, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and optimize accordingly.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
  • Coordinate with developers for website UX improvements and landing page performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for ad copies, visuals, videos, and animations for digital assets.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all online touchpoints.
  • Track and analyze digital performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other relevant tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance digital presence and performance.
  • Manage loyalty program database and execute related digital campaigns & initiatives to drive member engagement and retention.
  • Assist in executing digital campaigns to promote and enhance the loyalty program.

Qualification & Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in
  • FMCG, food, or retail sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Analytics.
  • Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and implement optimizations effectively.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand tonality.

Job Type: Full-time
