About the Role

We are seeking a
motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist
to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential leads to support our sales team in driving business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage prospects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads through
    social media, LinkedIn, online databases
    , and industry channels.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via
    phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
    to introduce our services.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria and gather relevant information for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and updated lead records in
    Salesforce or CRM systems (GHL preferred)
    .
  • Collaborate with the
    sales and social media teams
    to create targeted lead-conversion strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and follow up with prospects.
  • Stay updated on
    industry trends and market developments
    to communicate value propositions effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience in
    sales, business development, or telemarketing
    is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with persuasive communication abilities.
  • CRM experience required — especially Go High Level (GHL).
  • Ability to create
    sales funnels, systems, and processes
    is a major plus.
  • Understanding of
    technical sales processes
    and market dynamics is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Proactive, fast learner, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and also collaborate with team members, including VAs in the PH.

Compensation

Base Salary: 40,000 PKR (With Further Growth Opportunities)
