Overview
We are hiring an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with proven hands on experience specifically for medical billing services. This role is not for general lead generation. The candidate must have prior experience working with medical billing or RCM companies and understand healthcare decision makers, billing pain points, and sales qualification.
The goal is to consistently generate 10 to 20 confirmed and sales converting leads per month.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute cold email campaigns focused on medical practices and healthcare organizations
• Set up and manage email automations, follow ups, and inbox health
• Run LinkedIn outreach and automation targeting healthcare decision makers
• Research and build verified lead lists from authenticated platforms
• Target practice owners, administrators, billing managers, and revenue cycle leaders
• Qualify leads based on billing needs, current vendors, and readiness to switch
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to confirm and hand over sales ready leads
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of outreach and conversion performance
• Consistently deliver 10 to 20 confirmed and sales converting billing leads per month
Mandatory Requirements
• Prior experience generating leads for medical billing or RCM services
• Proven track record of converting outreach into booked meetings or closed deals
• Strong understanding of medical billing workflows, denials, A R, and coding challenges
• Hands on experience with cold email tools and automation platforms
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and automation
• Ability to source and validate healthcare leads from reliable platforms
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling outsourced billing or RCM services to US healthcare practices
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliant outreach practices
• Experience working with CRM systems and reporting
Performance Expectations
• 10 to 20 confirmed and sales ready medical billing leads per month
• Focus on qualified, high intent prospects only
• Consistent improvement in response, meeting, and conversion rates
