Job Title: Online Exam Candidate (Bachelor's / Master's / PhD)Responsibilities:

  • Appear in scheduled online examinations as per the academic calendar.
  • Prepare thoroughly according to syllabus, research area, or thesis scope.
  • Follow institutional policies on exam integrity, plagiarism, and conduct.
  • Manage time effectively during written, oral, or research-based online exams.
  • Submit assignments, projects, or dissertations within deadlines.
  • Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and fairness throughout the process.
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Stay updated with academic writing standards, referencing styles, and seasonal demands (dissertations, term papers, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business, Master's, or PhD program.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in academic writing or knowledge of the academic writing industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record in sales or client handling roles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
  • Must be detail-oriented and client-focused.
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Stay updated with academic writing standards, referencing styles, and seasonal demands (dissertations, term papers, etc.).
  • Knowledge of subject curriculum, research methodologies, and academic standards.
  • Strong self-motivation, time management, and independent study skills.
  • Ability to use online platforms (LMS, Zoom, Google Classroom, Proctoring tools).
