Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a YouTube Expert at our office in Rawalpindi. The YouTube Expert will be responsible for end-to-end video production, overseeing the creation and editing of content for the platform. Daily tasks include managing and optimizing YouTube channels, developing strategies to grow audiences, staying updated on YouTube trends, and effectively communicating with internal teams to align content strategies with marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Video Production and Video Editing for creating high-quality, engaging YouTube content
  • Strong understanding of YouTube platform strategies, analytics, best practices, and audience engagement
  • Excellent Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative and marketing teams
  • Background in Marketing with the ability to align content strategies to business objectives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of YouTube SEO and experience in boosting channel performance is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field preferred
