Role Description: Veo 3 Expert (AI Video Generation Specialist)

We are seeking a Veo 3 Expert with deep knowledge and hands-on experience using Google DeepMind's Veo 3 AI video generation model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, cinematic videos using prompt-to-video, image-to-video, and video-to-video workflows. You'll play a key role in transforming creative concepts into professional, visually stunning, and engaging content for marketing, storytelling, and brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate realistic and cinematic videos using Veo 3's prompt-based video generation.
  • Transform images into animated video clips and enhance existing video assets with AI.
  • Apply advanced editing techniques via text prompts (lighting, style, background changes).
  • Ensure style consistency and smooth motion across full-length video clips.
  • Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
  • Stay updated on the latest Veo 3 features and AI video trends to maximize output quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with Veo 3 or similar AI video generation tools.
  • Strong background in video editing, motion graphics, or digital media production.
  • Creative eye for cinematic storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics.
  • Ability to optimize prompts for the best video quality and consistency.
  • Knowledge of post-production tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Portfolio showcasing AI-generated or edited video projects.

Eligibility & Selection Process

To be considered for this role, applicants must prove their skills through a simple text-to-video task using Veo 3. This task will help us evaluate your creativity, technical ability, and prompt optimization skills.
