About the Role

Hitech Industrial Group is looking for a
dedicated and organized Senior Executive – Administration
to oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth support to all departments and efficient facility management.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative functions in a fast-paced, professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

Office & Facility Management

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure a well-organized office environment.
  • Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and support staff to ensure workplace efficiency and hygiene.
  • Coordinate repairs, utilities, and general facility upkeep.

Administrative Coordination

  • Prepare and maintain administrative records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and access control logs.
  • Support HR and Accounts teams in admin-related logistics (attendance, travel, or reimbursement).
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Procurement & Asset Management

  • Coordinate local purchasing for office and facility needs.
  • Maintain records of company assets and inventory.
  • Ensure proper vendor evaluation, quotations, and procurement documentation.

Compliance & Support

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Support management in developing and implementing office SOPs.
  • Provide assistance in safety, compliance, and operational audits.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience
    in administration, preferably in a corporate or industrial setup.
  • Must have his own
    Transport (Fuel will be provided for Office Tasks)
  • Strong command of
    MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    .
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing
    vendors, facilities, and administrative teams
    .
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo or similar) will be an advantage.
