Role Description
This is a contract role for a Power BI and Azure Apps Engineer; can be either Karachi or Islamabad. The engineer will be responsible for developing and managing Power BI reports and dashboards, integrating applications with Azure services, and ensuring data integrity and security. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and implementing data models, monitoring performance, and conducting regular system updates.
Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI development, including creating reports and dashboards
- Proficiency in Azure services and applications integration
- Strong skills in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
- Knowledge of SQL, DAX, and other data querying languages
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, are a plus
