Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient cloud-native platforms and applications.
  • Implement robust full-stack architectures that seamlessly integrate frontend frameworks with backend services.
  • Adopt and promote Agile and DevOps practices such as CI/CD and Test-Driven Development (TDD) within the development lifecycle.
  • Provide technical advice to project managers and technical direction to team members.
  • Assume a technical leadership role in solution construction, implementation, and system integration.
  • Identify and escalate issues that jeopardize project success.
  • Document developed software programs and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Participate in system analysis, design, estimation, and planning.
  • Conduct technical trainings for customers and internal teams.
  • Research, introduce, and educate others on emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Compare and evaluate alternative design approaches to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Mentor and assist junior engineers, fostering knowledge-sharing and technical growth.
  • Ensure timely delivery of programs that meet quality and performance standards.
  • Contribute to the development of organizational policies and standards for software construction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (required).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in software engineering with exposure to
    cloud-native and full-stack development
    .
  • Proficient in backend development using
    Java (Spring Boot or Quarkus)
    .
  • Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as
    Angular or React
    .
  • Experience with
    Kafka
    or other event-driven/messaging systems is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of
    SQL and NoSQL databases
    (e.g., MongoDB), including schema design and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with
    DevOps practices
    , CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external client interaction.
  • Proven ability to contribute at a system design and architectural level, with leadership in guiding technical teams.
  • Willingness and ability to work
