Location: Head Office, Lahore, Pakistan

Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (PST) | Full-Time | On-Site

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive – Digital Marketing to lead sales of services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven sales experience in digital marketing (agency background preferred) with strong expertise in acquiring, managing, and growing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for digital marketing services.

Prepare customized proposals aligned with client objectives.

Build and maintain strong client relationships for upselling & cross-selling.

Collaborate with marketing teams for smooth campaign execution.

Monitor campaign performance and present reports to clients.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.

3+ years of digital marketing sales experience (agency preferred).

Strong sales acumen with negotiation & presentation skills.

Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads, Content & Email Marketing.

Hands-on expertise with:

CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads

SEO Tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)

Email Marketing Platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)

Performance KPIs

Revenue Growth: $5K+ closed deals/month

New Client Acquisition: 8+ clients/quarter

Client Retention: 85%+

CSAT Score: 90%+
