to join our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for a mid-level professional who combines creative copywriting skills with technical expertise in email deliverability and data management. You'll be responsible for executing high-volume email campaigns that drive measurable results while maintaining excellent sender reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling email copy that converts, including subject lines, body content, and call-to-action elements
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns from strategy to deployment
  • Manage high-volume daily email sends while optimizing for deliverability and engagement
  • Extract, validate, and segment email data from multiple sources to build targeted campaigns
  • Utilize data validation tools like ZeroBounce to ensure list hygiene and reduce bounce rates
  • Implement catch-all email detection tools such as BounceBan to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion data
  • A/B test email elements to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create cohesive campaign assets

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of writing high-converting email copy across various industries
  • Strong experience with email service providers (ESP) and marketing automation platforms
  • Hands-on expertise with email validation tools like ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, or similar
  • Experience with catch-all detection tools such as BounceBan, EmailListVerify, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in data extraction, list building, and audience segmentation
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices and sender reputation management
  • Experience managing high-volume email campaigns (50K+ emails daily)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize performance
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
