We're Dubai's leading full-service digital agency, partnering with some of the biggest names in real estate, luxury, e-commerce, and events. Now we're launching our Islamabad office — and we're looking for a results-driven Instantly Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

About the Role

We're looking for an expert in outbound email marketing using — someone who knows how to create campaigns that actually get replies, book calls, and generate pipeline. You'll collaborate closely with our UAE business development team to attract international clients and drive agency growth.

Note: This is a full-time, in-office position in Islamabad. Remote or freelance applications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimise cold email campaigns through
  • Handle domain warm-ups, inbox rotation, sequencing, and deliverability.
  • Write persuasive copy and follow-ups that convert.
  • Source, verify, and segment lead lists using Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Run A/B tests across subject lines, CTAs, and messaging to increase open and reply rates.
  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM records (HubSpot or similar).

Social Outreach

  • Execute multi-channel outbound workflows (email, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Repurpose messaging for DMs and personalised engagement.
  • Build relationships and book qualified sales calls through consistent follow-up.

Reporting & Optimisation

  • Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs.
  • Analyse trends, iterate messaging, and continually improve reply and conversion rates.
  • Test tone, timing, and cadence to refine performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in outbound email marketing or B2B lead generation (agency background required).
  • Proven success generating leads for UK, US, or UAE markets.
  • Expert knowledge of , with hands-on experience using Lemlist, Mailshake, Apollo, and Clay.
  • Exceptional copywriting and messaging skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and automation tools.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and results-focused.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Zapier, ChatGPT, or AI-driven personalisation tools.
