Position Overview:

Our client, a leading player in the chemicals manufacturing sector, is seeking a skilled
Production Supervisor (Printng)
to oversee and optimize the daily operations of PU-based production processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring production efficiency, maintaining high standards, and driving team performance to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations for Printing-based production, ensuring timely achievement of production schedules.
• Coordinate and lead team members to maintain a seamless production workflow.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Oversee inventory management, including raw materials and finished goods.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement practical, timely solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed production reports to management.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical competencies.
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures while upholding product quality.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address equipment issues promptly.
• Submit daily production logs and weekly reports on raw material usage and inventory.
• Communicate production challenges and updates during monthly management reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–5 years of experience
  in supervising Printing-based production processes.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and production standards.
