
Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
· Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive analysis, and emerging opportunities in the real estate market.
· Seek out new clients and build a pipeline of potential deals and partnerships.
· Develop and execute strategies for entering new markets and territories.
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
· Attend networking events, real estate conferences, and industry seminars to establish new relationships and strengthen existing ones.
· Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
· Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads and drive conversions.
· Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients or partners.
· Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet revenue and business growth targets.
· Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, pricing, and demand within target markets.
· Evaluate the competitive landscape to create strategies for differentiating the company's offerings.
· Analyze potential investments, real estate opportunities, and return on investment (ROI) calculations.
· Foster relationships with property owners, developers, contractors, and other key business partners to facilitate new projects or joint ventures.
· Identify and negotiate strategic alliances, partnerships, and joint ventures to expand the company's reach.
· Prepare proposals, presentations, and bids for new projects or partnerships.
· Collaborate with legal and financial teams to draft contracts and agreements that meet company and client expectations.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new business.
· Promote the company's services and developments to target markets via social media, advertising, and public relations.
· Track sales activities, leads, and outcomes to ensure KPIs and sales targets are met.
· Prepare regular reports for senior management regarding business development activities and progress.
· Adjust strategies as needed based on performance data and market conditions.
· Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure the successful delivery of real estate projects.
· Oversee the implementation of business development strategies to align with project timelines and company goals.
Qualifications:
· A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the real estate industry.
· Strong negotiation and sales skills.
· Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
· In-depth understanding of the real estate market and trends.
· Proficiency with CRM software and business development tools.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to think strategically and act proactively to drive growth.
· Solid financial and analytical skills to assess investment opportunities.
