  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and build valuable business connections.
  • Track and report on sales activities, leads, and business development progress. Provide regular updates to senior management on goals and achievements.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and property management teams to ensure alignment in business goals and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh or at least 1 year of experience in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients, partners, and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and deliver solutions to clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel.
