Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the agency.
  • Develop business strategies to ensure growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and supervise department heads (marketing, creative, client relations, HR, finance).
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle high-level communications.
  • Ensure quality control across all projects and deliverables.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure productivity and growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Report directly to the CEO/Director on progress, challenges, and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven managerial experience (digital marketing or agency background preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, client management, and financial planning.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on growth and innovation.
