Summary: We are seeking a technically-minded Sales Operations Executive to manage client onboarding and optimize our sales process. The ideal candidate has direct experience configuring Point of Sale (POS) applications and ensuring a seamless client launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard & Configure: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including POS system configuration, data migration, and user training.
  • Manage CRM & Processes: Maintain our CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensure data accuracy, and refine sales operations workflows.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Act as the internal POS expert, supporting the sales team with product knowledge and troubleshooting client application issues.
  • Analyze & Report: Track key sales metrics, generate reports, and identify opportunities to improve the sales cycle and client implementation.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Client Onboarding.
  • Hands-on experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage client onboarding projects from start to finish.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communicator, able to translate technical details for clients and internal teams.
