ob Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks Manager to oversee all accounting operations using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will manage bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial data for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all company accounts in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
  • Oversee daily bookkeeping, including entries for income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
  • Monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments.
  • Ensure accurate tax calculations and compliance with local accounting standards.
  • Work with management to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation, expense control, and financial forecasting.
  • Manage QuickBooks data backup, security, and software updates.
  • Coordinate with auditors and external accountants when required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • QuickBooks certification or equivalent experience preferred.
