Position Overview: The Sales Manager for Real Estate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company's sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales in the real estate industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
