About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated AI / Python Developers who are eager to work on next-gen solutions by combining Python, AI/ML, and modern automation frameworks. You'll be part of an innovative team building intelligent systems that transform industries such as healthcare, finance, and enterprise software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and automation workflows.
  • Build and integrate CRM/ERP systems with AI automation capabilities.
  • Develop custom web applications with seamless AI integration.
  • Implement AI chatbot solutions using OpenAI, LangChain, and LangGraph.
  • Create and manage AI agents & workflow automation with CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangGraph.
  • Develop LLM-powered custom tools (LangChain, RAG, Vector DBs, embeddings).
  • Architect multi-agent systems for intelligent task orchestration.
  • Build AI-powered automation for business processes across industries.
  • Contribute to advanced solutions like:
  • Hospital/Dental Management Systems with AI-driven support tools
  • Financial web solutions with real-time analytics & predictive insights
  • Custom dashboards & reporting with LLM-driven intelligence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in AI,Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of hands-on experience in Python development.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with data handling libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib).
  • Familiarity with API development (Flask/Django).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen.
  • Exposure to Vector DBs, RAG, embeddings.
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployments.
  • Understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
