About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated AI / Python Developers who are eager to work on next-gen solutions by combining Python, AI/ML, and modern automation frameworks. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and automation workflows.
- Build and integrate CRM/ERP systems with AI automation capabilities.

- Implement AI chatbot solutions using OpenAI, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Create and manage AI agents & workflow automation with CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangGraph.
- Develop LLM-powered custom tools (LangChain, RAG, Vector DBs, embeddings).
- Architect multi-agent systems for intelligent task orchestration.
- Build AI-powered automation for business processes across industries.
- Contribute to advanced solutions like:
- Hospital/Dental Management Systems with AI-driven support tools
- Financial web solutions with real-time analytics & predictive insights
- Custom dashboards & reporting with LLM-driven intelligence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in AI,Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 6 months – 1 year of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with data handling libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib).
- Familiarity with API development (Flask/Django).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen.
- Exposure to Vector DBs, RAG, embeddings.
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployments.
- Understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
