Position Overview

YUMA Tech is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the core functions of HR within a fast-paced technology company. You will work closely with our HR lead to support recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative processes, contributing directly to our innovative and collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Support:
    Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various portals (e.g., LinkedIn, ).
  • Candidate Management:
    Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
    Help facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires and assist with offboarding procedures.
  • HR Administration:
    Maintain and update employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure data integrity in our HR systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A genuine interest in a career in Human Resources and a passion for technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn.
