Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR policies, handling employee relations, developing job descriptions, and ensuring the smooth operation of all HR-related activities within the bakery and cafe. Day-to-day tasks involve implementing HR management practices, supporting staff recruitment, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Experience with HR Policies and Employee Relations
  • Ability to develop comprehensive Job Descriptions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
