Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design lesson plans, activities, and assessments that promote skill acquisition, physical fitness, and sportsmanship.
• Provide expert instruction and coaching in various sports disciplines such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, track and field, etc.
• Demonstrate proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the game.
• Conduct skill-building exercises, drills, and practice sessions to enhance students' proficiency.
• Promote physical fitness and healthy lifestyle habits among students through structured exercise routines, fitness assessments, and health education.
• Encourage participation in recreational activities, intramural sports, and fitness challenges.
• Organize and oversee sports events, tournaments, and inter-school competitions.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and resources necessary for sports activities.
• Stay abreast of current trends, research, and best practices in sports education, coaching methodologies, and fitness training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field.
• Prior experience in coaching or teaching sports at the elementary, middle, or high school level.
• Proficiency in multiple sports disciplines and knowledge of coaching principles and techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to promoting physical fitness, health, and wellness among students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
