Job Summary

Handling social media platforms for the campus. Preparation of Activity Calendar with bifurcation of weekly/monthly and yearly activities. Provide assistance to students with their MS applications abroad. Celebrating UN & Global action days. Plan and execute Adventure Sports, Sports and games, indoor games, gaming, and E-sports. Plan and execute experiential learning trips, international trips, travel and tourism and Industry outreach visits. Promote inclusivity and equity through every activity. Promote and outreach for Industry academia linkages. Act as a CDC Liaison and Alumni liaison. Conduct Job Fairs / Seminars / Symposium / Open days. Plan and execute Socials, Community, volunteerism and social actions. Arrange fundraising, bake sales & charitable for a cause events. Arrange guest lectures catering each department. Operate SMS/MMS Corporate WhatsApp groups. Arrange motivational talks for students. Offering professional assistance to students with any queries they may have. Providing the highest quality customer service to the student community. Designing and dissemination of student affairs communication, collateral and resources. Ensuring that accurate, timely and concise information to students is provided. Planning and organizing social activities and orientation weeks as required. Organizing and preparing quarterly newsletters and student affairs booklets. Ensure distribution of application forms and provides information on procedures and deadlines. Maintains student affairs filing system and prepares material for archiving. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of current policies, procedures and regulations. Maintains communication (internal and external) with students for co/extracurricular activities and provide guidance where required. Designs and reports on non-scholastic calendar for all co/extracurricular activities. Incorporation of students into student affairs activities/strategies and planning events like sports, symposiums, workshops, guest lectures, industry visit etc Carry out outreach programmes for Industrial linkages and plan clubs and Societies operations for students. Weekly Reporting and quarterly performance report Promote International and Local Visits of students. Involve students into Community Support Programme and service. Daily/weekly and event-based communications with students, faculty and parents through SMS, updating the posters on all notice boards. Maintain central notice boards and send emails to student email IDs, updating on TMUC App and even send circulars/Notices to home addresses of students. Collect and collate student feedback on monthly basis on academics, facilities, teaching, standards, student wellbeing and engagement. Social media strategy and management of the college social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, WordPress, Instagram, Wikipedia and TMUC website. Educational and Cultural Programs Managing Alumni Networking and Association affairs/activities Share stories of students / student's success stories. Supervise and monitor Career Development Activities. Press releases and publication for events and activities. Responsible for the development, regular reviews and updating of student resources and guidance literature. Monitor and review the standards of student services by surveys (Survey Monkey, QR codes) and participation in other quality assurance processes on a monthly basis. Reporting daily/weekly/monthly/annually basis on the shared reporting templates on student affairs related matters. Maintain record of all student affairs collateral, photographs, videos, undertaking, forms and other resources. Facilitate the student recruitment department during the peak admission season. All duties temporary or on continuing basis as may be delegated by the line manager. Offer career advice and explore avenues of student's placement and job opportunities in the market, form industrial linkages with imminent employer sand recruiters. Supporting in CDC matters. Conducting promotional presentations and activities at various forums/schools/academies to create awareness about TMUC Brand, academic programmes at TMUC being the Institution of choice for students. Process all the following types of applications regarding admissions and scholarships. Maintaining Counseling records and handling of walk-ins and queries. Responding to student related and parent queries. Ensuring student recruitment and retention is on track as per the set annual targets assigned to each TMUC location. Emotionally and psychology supporting students and ensuring their overall mental wellbeing. Coordinating and establishing a communication channel with students, teachers and management through text messages, phone calls and emails. Staying updated with latest recruitment policies, deadlines, other admission information posted on partner institution portals and communicating these changes to students and teachers. Coordinating and maintaining relationship with different universities Admission counselling, processing and follow up. Dealing with admission queries through various modes (Calls, SMS, email, walk in, social media, and website). Maintain/update confirmed and prospective student's lists as per the shared template. Follow-up prospective students for conversions. Reconciling ERP student recruitment numbers with actual admissions on monthly basis. Reporting daily/weekly/monthly/annually basis on the shared reporting templates regarding admissions. Updating admission related information on all notice boards. Support career development center including the career and job placement, Industry Academia Partnerships, Millennial Incubation center and Outreach, Job Fairs, Symposium, Open days, and Expo's Internships, Volunteerism and Social Actions, Professional Development, Mentoring and Coaching, Research, Collaboration and Linkages. Provide career development resources and advising students as they progress through their academic programs of study. Marketing Related: Networking with the HR departments of leading local organizations in different industries to create awareness of the TMUC brand name. Working on Marketing and Business Development strategies of the various programmes taught at TMUC. Formulate the Marketing Plan for the year to enhance the brand name of TMUC. Undertaking activities to increase awareness of TMUC amongst prospective partners. Providing TMUC with market intelligence and advising on appropriate actions. Increase TMUC's profile in the media in Pakistan. This may include the placing of articles in relevant media, advising on media interests and angles and writing articles. Providing support to Senior Management and marketing / promotional areas as required. Supporting the development of the qualifications and programmes portfolio at TMUC. Conduct research to identify prospective transnational qualifications to add to TMUC portfolio and forming collaborative partnerships with foreign institutions. Undertaking any other tasks appropriate to this level of responsibility. Handling digital marketing and all social media channels for promoting TMUC brand Organize outreach activities at educational institutions, expos, academies etc.

Qualifications

  • Masters/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; experience in education administration is preferred.
  • Proven experience working with students in an educational or mentoring capacity.
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Familiarity with Ellucian and PeopleSoft systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on relationship building.
  • Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating fundraising efforts and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in recruiting volunteers or staff for philanthropic initiatives is desirable.
  • Background in academic advising or individual/group counseling is beneficial.
