Prepared and handle full set of accounts, GST submission and other

administration task.

Prepared and verify payment, cheques, voucher, and ad-hoc transaction

To analyse revenue and expenditure of the business.

Ensure compliance with the accounting standard, tax and company policies.

Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing

account information and trends.

Prepared and handle full set of accounts, GST submission and other

administration task.

Prepared and verify payment, cheques, voucher, and ad-hoc transaction.

Preparation of monthly audit schedule, bank reconciliation, periodic statutory

report.

Arrange the payment of salary after prepared by HR Department.

Conduct reviews and evaluation for cost reduction opportunity and improve

company process and procedure.

Keep information confidential and secure them with databased backups that

comply with company rules and regulations.

Lead, supervise and monitor the Finance team.

Assist MobilityOne Group of Financial Controller on all financial matters under

your portfolio.

Undertake any task assigned from time to time as directed by the Financial

Controller, Chief Executive Officer and the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor Degree in

Finance/ Account, AIA, LCCI highest (ACCA qualification).

Minimum 5 year(s) of related working experience.

Good understanding of account principle, standards, financial statements and reports.

Knowledge in SAP system in an advantage.

Analytical and meticulous.

Proactive, able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Candidate with experience in the Remittance business (service provider) is an

added advantage.
