About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Machine Learning Architect
to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise and strategic vision to architect scalable ML systems that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end ML lifecycle management, MLOps, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design scalable ML/AI systems, models, and data pipelines.
  • Define ML solution roadmaps in alignment with business and technology strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ML engineers and data scientists.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate ML solutions into production.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for ML lifecycle management, including versioning, monitoring, retraining, and deployment.
  • Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies in the AI/ML ecosystem to ensure best-fit solutions.
  • Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security in AI/ML deployments.
  • Drive adoption of MLOps practices for continuous integration and delivery of ML models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • 7+ years
    of experience in AI/ML development with at least
    2+ years in an architect/lead role
    .
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Expertise in designing and deploying ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Solid understanding of data engineering, distributed computing, and big data technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with
    MLOps tools
    (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong grasp of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG systems, and NLP pipelines is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
