Location: Airport, Karachi (On-site)

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

Ignite & Infinite is looking for a driven and persuasive International Sales Executive to expand our client base in the U.S. healthcare market. The role involves promoting our medical billing and staffing services to U.S.-based home healthcare providers through outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage U.S. healthcare companies via calls and emails.
  • Present and promote billing and staffing solutions effectively.
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and facilitate onboarding.
  • Maintain CRM records of sales activities and progress.
  • Stay current on U.S. healthcare industry trends and client challenges.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of international B2B sales experience (healthcare/outsourcing preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Proven ability in cold calling and lead conversion.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Target-driven with excellent follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to work U.S. hours (night shift).
