We're Hiring: Customer Support Executive (International Healthcare Services)

Location: Airport Area, Karachi (On-site)

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Pay: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 60,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Ignite & Infinite is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide support to U.S.-based home healthcare providers, ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and excellent client satisfaction.

This is a client-facing role where strong communication skills, professionalism, and problem-solving ability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails with U.S. healthcare clients.
  • Assist clients with queries related to medical billing and staffing services.
  • Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Document all interactions and update CRM/software systems accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a high level of service quality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of international customer support or call center experience (healthcare preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls/emails and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM or support ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with U.S. hours).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (but not mandatory).
