Business Development Intern

Location: Onsite — Johar Town Lahore
Stipend: PKR 20,000/month
Duration: 3 Months — leading to a full-time position based on performance]
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients across different platforms.
- Support the team in lead generation through LinkedIn, Upwork, and email outreach.
- Draft proposals, client messages, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align client acquisition strategies.
- Participate in meetings, note key discussions, and prepare reports.
- Learn and contribute to market research and competitive analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, freelancing platforms, or client communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
