Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients across different platforms.
  • Support the team in lead generation through LinkedIn, Upwork, and email outreach.
  • Draft proposals, client messages, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align client acquisition strategies.
  • Participate in meetings, note key discussions, and prepare reports.
  • Learn and contribute to market research and competitive analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, freelancing platforms, or client communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
