Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on proposal writing, client communication, and helping secure new software development projects.

You'll play a key role in drafting compelling project proposals, communicating clearly with potential clients, and contributing to the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write customized, well-structured project proposals for software and IT services
  • Work closely with leadership to understand client requirements
  • Translate discussions into written proposals that highlight project scope, technology stack, timelines, and team capabilities
  • Respond to inquiries and coordinate with clients when required
  • Follow up on proposals, revise as needed, and support closing deals
  • Keep track of communications and maintain proposal quality standards

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in business development, client handling, or proposal writing (preferably in a tech or software company)
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills
  • Ability to understand software project requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and structure in proposal documents
  • Comfortable working independently and under pressure
  • Willing to coordinate during night hours if needed (international clients)

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer (a plus)
  • Basic understanding of web/app development processes
  • MS Word, Google Docs, and proposal formatting skills
  • Experience working with sales teams or technical project leads
