Role Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling our paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You'll use data, creativity, and channel expertise to drive qualified leads, sales conversions, and brand visibility for Tecaudex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads along with other paid platforms.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance dashboards.
  • Optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve CPL, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment on messaging and visuals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and share actionable insights with the marketing leadership.
  • Work on funnel optimization and lead nurturing campaigns to support sales conversion.
  • Manage remarketing and retargeting strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital/ performance marketing roles.
  • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other major ad platforms.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus, and basic SEO/SEM knowledge.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data, performance metrics, and ROI.
  • Strong understanding of landing page design, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
