Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for users and customers by providing first-line support for application-related issues.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues in a timely and professional manner to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Collaborate with development and technical teams to identify recurring issues, streamline processes, and improve application performance.
  • Accurately document reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for reference, audits, and process improvements.
  • Maintain and manage the CRM and ticketing system, ensuring all cases are logged, tracked, updated, and resolved within service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide regular status updates and clear communication to users and customers regarding issue progress and resolution timelines.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience, support workflows, and internal knowledge base.
  • Assist in application testing, updates, and training activities to ensure continuous improvement of support services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in software/application support, customer service, or technical helpdesk roles.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Angular, Flutter, and PostgreSQL.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs80,000.00 per month
