We are looking for a highly motivated LinkedIn Specialist to join our marketing team and drive our online presence within the construction and mechanical industries.
Job Overview:
As the LinkedIn Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing LinkedIn strategies that enhance our brand presence, connect with key industry professionals, and drive business opportunities. You will create and curate content, engage with stakeholders, and generate leads while positioning M.Irfan M.Aamir & Bros as an industry thought leader in both construction and mechanical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop LinkedIn Content Strategy:
Create and implement a LinkedIn content strategy tailored to the construction and mechanical industries, including product and service highlights, case studies, industry trends, safety protocols, and project achievements.
- Content Creation & Optimization:
Write and produce engaging LinkedIn posts, articles, videos, and infographics. Ensure all content highlights our expertise, project successes, and industry leadership in construction and mechanical services.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Actively engage with key decision-makers, including project managers, contractors, engineers and mechanical professionals. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, industry experts, and potential clients.
- Profile Optimization & Branding:
Regularly optimize both the company's LinkedIn page and individual profiles to highlight completed projects, certifications, and service offerings. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across the platform.
- Lead Generation:
Use LinkedIn tools to identify and connect with potential leads in the construction and mechanical industries. Implement campaigns to drive leads, support the sales team, and build a pipeline for future business opportunities.
- Analytics & Reporting:
Track key LinkedIn metrics such as engagement, impressions, and lead generation. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to refine content strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and business development teams to align LinkedIn strategies with broader company goals. Assist in coordinating content calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Industry Trends & Competitive Analysis:
Stay current on industry trends, LinkedIn algorithm changes, and competitors' activities. Use insights to inform content strategies and ensure M.IRFAN M.AAMIR & BROS remains a top contender in the construction and mechanical sectors.
- Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:
Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads and sponsored content to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Create targeted campaigns that speak to key audiences within the construction and mechanical industries.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts (preferably in a B2B setting within the construction or industrial sectors). Other experiences are also accepted.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn's tools, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for a technical and professional audience.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, including sponsored posts, InMail campaigns, and lead generation forms.
- Knowledge of the construction industry, including common terminology, services, and key players is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking and reporting on LinkedIn performance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, or business development through LinkedIn.
- Understanding of SEO and how it integrates with LinkedIn content strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, analytics platforms, or LinkedIn-specific lead-gen tools.
