Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Sargodha. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily organizational operations, coordinating various projects, and ensuring the implementation of company policies. This position includes supervising staff, managing budgets, developing and maintaining relationships with partners and donors, and reporting on program performance. The Assistant Manager will also assist in planning fundraising events and campaigns to support the charitable mission of the organization.
