Timings: 06:00 pm to 03:00 am

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in social media management, branding, and organic growth

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and proactive Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for building the brand visibility and organic presence of our 300+ stores in USA across all social platforms.

The ideal candidate is a strong thinker and problem-solver, able to generate content ideas, collaborate with store managers, and translate real in-store activities into engaging digital stories that attract and retain audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organic social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Communicate directly with store managers to collect store updates, images, and content ideas.
  • Create and manage photo and video content showcasing store activities, promotions, and customer experiences.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to drive organic reach and community engagement.
  • Manage and optimize store social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for consistent growth.
  • Analyze organic performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated with latest social trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep our pages relevant and visible.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and content quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in social media management, branding, or organic marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple store managers.
  • Ability to generate original ideas for photos, reels, and video content.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
  • Self-driven, creative, and passionate about building brand presence organically.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120, Rs150,000.00 per month
