Social Media Brand Manager

Location: Shahra—Faisal Karachi (Full-Time, Onsite)

It's an On-site job from 9 am to 6 pm

About the Role

MobiTising is seeking a passionate, Social media Brand Manager who thinks out of the Box, Result-oriented, and experienced who thrives on creatively crafting
Social Media Strategy, Manage all Social Media Platforms
(Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn)
, Community Management, Result-driven Strategy Execution, Collaboration with other Departments
(SEO, Content Writing, Paid-Ads, Graphic Designing and Video Editing/Animation)
, monthly Content Calendar Management, Comprehensive Analytical Reporting
focused on Growth.

Key Responsibilities

·      Craft Result-oriented Social Media Strategy

·      Manage all Social Media Platforms
(Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat and others)

·      Community Management

·      Result-driven Strategy Execution

·      Collaboration with other Departments
(SEO, Content Writing, Paid-Ads, Graphic Designing and Video Editing/Animation)

·      Monthly Content Calendar Management

·      Comprehensive Analytical Reporting focused on Growth

·      Research and pitch for viral/trending video ideas, reels, and short-form formats aligned with Products content themes

Required Skills Set

·      Strong understanding of Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat)

·      Excellent command over Social Media Strategy, Content Planning, and Community Engagement

·      Hands-on experience in using analytics tools for performance reporting

·      Strong copywriting and content creation skills (English and Urdu)

·      Ability to lead and manage a social media team

·      Good knowledge of Paid Ads basics and coordination with performance marketing teams

·      Research skills for trends, viral content ideas, and best practices

·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills

MUST HAVE

Proven expertise in building and growing brands across social platforms. If you meet the criteria and have successfully managed brand development, please share the analytical performance report of the brand(s) you have managed and boosted, along with the brand name.

·      PostPlanner, Canva, CapCut, Meta Suite, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Photoshop

Who Should Apply

· years of Senior Level Social Media Management Experience

·      Experience in building a Brand through Social Media

·      Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or Visual Arts

·      Candidates who are personally active on social media, understand content trends, and follow competitors closely (knows how to leverage pseudo-trends, trend hijacking, and trend amplification)

·      Strong copywriting skills in both English and Urdu for hooks, captions, and trend-based scripting
