Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Unity Developer to join our fast-paced, learning-driven team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an innovative environment and is eager to work on VR, Metaverse, and 3D simulation projects. If you have a strong foundation in Unity, a good grip on C#, and are ready to push creative boundaries—this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain mobile games and immersive applications using Unity and C#.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, 3D artists, developers) to bring interactive experiences to life.
  • Implement and test interactive features, UI, and mechanics in mobile games and simulation environments
  • Contribute to the Metaverse-ready experiences including avatars, virtual environments, and user interactions.
  • Apply optimization techniques to ensure smooth performance across different devices.
  • Manage code using Git and follow best practices in version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Unity development.
  • Strong understanding of C# and object-oriented programming (OOP).
  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end game development pipeline.
  • Solid knowledge of Unity optimization techniques (e.g., occlusion culling, batching, LOD).
  • Experience or understanding of VR development and device integrations.
  • Familiarity with Metaverse concepts, interactive virtual spaces, and real-time simulations.
  • Comfortable with Git and version control tools.
  • Must be creative, with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and experiment with new tools and workflows.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with multiplayer Netcode/Photon, physics simulations, or shader programming.
  • Previous projects involving 3D simulation for training, learning, or enterprise solutions.
