About the Role

We're looking for a proven B2B Digital Marketing leader (8+ years exp., incl. 5–6 years in IT services demand generation) to drive growth across North America operations. You'll lead demand generation, GTM strategy, performance marketing, and marketing communications while collaborating closely with sales & product teams.

This is a high-impact role with ownership of campaigns, partnerships, and ABM strategies—leveraging analytics, CRO, and lifecycle marketing to boost adoption, retention, and revenue.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Leadership: Define global B2B/GTM strategy, lead a 30+ member marketing team, and align with sales/product for market-specific enablement.

Performance & Demand Gen: Run lead-gen campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and email. Optimize funnels, landing pages, and CTAs. Drive ABM to penetrate high-value accounts.

Analytics & Optimization: Use GA4, Power BI, Mixpanel, and for reporting, CRO, and lifecycle optimization. Lead A/B testing, segmentation, and churn-reduction initiatives.

Content & Branding: Direct U.S.-focused blogs, social media, newsletters, and creative assets. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

SEO & Tools: Own SEO, keyword strategy, backlinking, and performance using SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Spyfu. Hands-on with Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo, NeverBounce, and more.

Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner cross-functionally, guide marketing ops, and mentor junior team members. Streamline processes with automation.

Campaigns & Partnerships: Design multi-channel campaigns, manage alliances, and forecast ROI. Build credibility using G2, Clutch, and The Manifest.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of B2B/product marketing (enterprise IT/software/tech).

Strong expertise in demand gen, ABM, CRO, social media strategy, and funnel optimization.

Hands-on experience with marketing stacks (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Shopify, GA4, and intent tools).

Deep knowledge of buyer journey mapping, multi-touch attribution, lifecycle marketing, and creative testing.

Proven leadership of teams (30+), strong project management & communication skills.

Must have Global exposure (MENA, NA, APAC).

Bonus: experience in DTC/e-commerce, product launches, UGC-driven campaigns, and managing large budgets (CAC/LTV forecasting).

Experience in Product Launching Environments or aggregator brands
