Job Title: Warehouse Management Executive

Location: PECHS Block 3 Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Timings: 9 PM till 6 AM

Experience Required: 2–3 years (preferably in E-commerce and Amazon Private Label)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Management Executive to support and oversee our Amazon operations. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Amazon Private Label processes and have hands-on experience managing warehouse activities in an e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations in accordance with Amazon's business requirements.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of Amazon Private Label operations and maintain standards.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of E-commerce workflows and Amazon Business Layout.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to manage inventory, dispatches, and incoming shipments.
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  • Utilize MS Excel to create, manage, and analyze operational reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and warehouse activities.
  • Improve operational efficiency and support process optimization.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Amazon warehouse management or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Private Label workflows.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, reporting, data management).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Knowledge of inventory management tools.
  • Ability to handle operational escalations effectively.
